As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our product lifecycle, from concept to mass production. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex mechanical systems using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Conduct rigorous finite element analysis (FEA) and thermal simulations to validate product integrity.
- Oversee the prototyping process, managing rapid prototyping and testing cycles to ensure rapid iteration.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and software developers, to integrate mechanical subsystems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manufacturing costs and enhance product performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo) and FEA tools (ANSYS or Abaqus).
- Strong working knowledge of GD&T standards and manufacturing processes (CNC, injection molding, 3D printing).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
