Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical design of new products and subsystems using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo.
- Perform detailed engineering analyses including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
- Develop and review detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications to ensure manufacturability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, and manufacturing) to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Oversee the prototyping process and conduct rigorous testing to validate design performance and safety.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME/MSME).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor) and 2D drafting.
- Strong working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Experience with manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, injection molding, or 3D printing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
