Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design projects using CAD tools (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)
- Conduct FEA/CFD simulations for performance validation and optimization
- Develop detailed technical documentation and manufacturing specifications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and test innovative solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical product development
- Expertise in CAD/CAE tools and simulation software
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with materials selection and manufacturing processes
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
