Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design projects from concept to prototyping using SolidWorks and ANSYS
- Develop and test innovative thermal management systems for high-performance equipment
- Optimize manufacturing processes for cost-efficiency and precision engineering
- Mentor junior engineers while maintaining rigorous quality control standards
- Collaborate with robotics and automation teams on integrated system solutions
- Conduct FMEA analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of industrial experience
- Expert proficiency in CAD/CAM tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation software
- Proven track record in designing complex mechanical assemblies for manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects from concept to launch
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP preferred
