Responsibilities
- Lead design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical systems using CAD/SolidWorks
- Perform FEA/CFD analysis for structural integrity and thermal optimization
- Develop manufacturing processes and documentation for scalable production
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate innovative materials and technologies
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within budget constraints
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in product development or manufacturing
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks, ANSYS, and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and ISO standards
- Experience with DFM/DFA principles and lean manufacturing
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional engineering projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
