Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design processes using CAD/CAE tools for high-precision industrial equipment
- Perform thermal, stress, and dynamic analysis using FEA/CFD methodologies
- Develop and validate prototypes through rapid prototyping and testing cycles
- Collaborate with electrical and software teams on integrated system architectures
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and performance
- Mentor junior engineers and document technical specifications
- Drive continuous improvement in design methodologies and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS/Abaqus
- Proven track record in product development lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with FEA/CFD simulation experience
- Knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
