Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to mass production
- Utilize SolidWorks and ANSYS for advanced CAD modeling and FEA analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Conduct prototype testing and validation in ISO-certified labs
- Develop technical documentation and assembly procedures
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years in mechanical design with automotive industry experience
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and finite element analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes
- Proven track record of bringing products from prototype to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
