Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design projects from concept to prototyping using CAD/CAM tools
- Perform FEA simulations and thermal analysis to validate product performance
- Develop manufacturing processes and optimize production workflows
- Collaborate with electrical and software teams on integrated system designs
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews for continuous improvement
- Research emerging materials and technologies to drive innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation software
- Proven track record of bringing complex products to market
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and industry standards
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP highly desirable
