As a key member of our R&D department, you will drive the innovation pipeline, leading cross-functional teams to deliver state-of-the-art mechanical systems that redefine industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design process, from concept generation to final product validation, utilizing CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
- Conduct advanced simulations, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), to optimize product performance and durability.
- Collaborate closely with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
- Oversee the prototyping and testing phases, analyzing data to identify improvements and drive design iterations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and engineering reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design, preferably in the automotive, robotics, or consumer electronics sectors.
- Proficient in 3D modeling, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Strong knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes (CNC, injection molding, additive manufacturing).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical data to stakeholders effectively.
