Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design lifecycle from concept to implementation using CAD tools
- Conduct FEA/CFD simulations for stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics analysis
- Develop and validate prototypes through rigorous testing protocols
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes
- Ensure compliance with ASME, API, and ISO industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation tools
- Proven track record in energy or heavy equipment manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
