Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design lifecycle using CAD/CAE tools
- Develop and optimize mechanical systems for performance and manufacturability
- Conduct FEA/CFD simulations for stress, thermal, and fluid analysis
- Interface with manufacturing teams to ensure production feasibility
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within budget constraints
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical product development
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation tools
- Strong understanding of GD&T and manufacturing processes
- Proven track record of bringing products to market
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- PMP or PE certification preferred
