Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design of HVAC systems and thermal management solutions
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations
- Develop detailed CAD models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks
- Coordinate with suppliers to prototype, test, and validate mechanical components
- Optimize designs for cost, manufacturability, and performance
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Ensure compliance with ASME standards and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation tools
- Strong background in thermal systems and heat transfer principles
- Proven track record of leading product development cycles
- Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) methodologies
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
