Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design lifecycle from concept validation to production deployment
- Develop advanced CAD models and perform FEA/CFD simulations for aerospace components
- Collaborate with R&D teams to materialize next-gen propulsion technologies
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews for critical systems
- Interface with suppliers to ensure component quality and manufacturability

Qualifications
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years aerospace/automotive experience
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation tools
- Proven track record in developing complex mechanical systems
- Familiarity with composite materials and additive manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical skills with Six Sigma or DFMEA certification
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams
- Knowledge of ASME standards and aerospace regulatory requirements
