Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for IoT devices and renewable energy applications
- Lead PCB layout, schematic capture, and validation using Altium Designer and Cadence
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams for seamless system integration
- Conduct power analysis, EMI/EMC testing, and failure root cause investigations
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices in electrical design workflows
- Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in product-focused electrical design
- Expertise in power electronics, embedded systems, and high-speed digital design
- Proficiency with simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (UL 62368, IEC 60950)
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership abilities
