Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design projects using CAD/CAM tools
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for cost efficiency
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and stress simulations

- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in product design and development
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of FEA/CFD analysis tools
