Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design projects from concept through prototyping to production
- Perform advanced CAD modeling and FEA/CFD simulations using SolidWorks and ANSYS
- Develop rigorous testing protocols and validate designs against industry standards
- Collaborate with electrical and software teams on integrated product development
- Optimize manufacturing processes for cost efficiency and scalability
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical product design and development
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks, CREO, and simulation tools
- Proven track record in bringing consumer products from prototype to production
- Strong knowledge of DFM/DFA principles and manufacturing processes
- Experience with material selection and thermal management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and project leadership capabilities
