Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from conceptualization to production
- Perform advanced FEA/CFD simulations and thermal analysis for complex mechanical systems
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and performance
- Develop detailed CAD models using SolidWorks and CATIA V6
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate engineering solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical product development
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation tools
- Proven track record in automotive or heavy machinery design
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and ISO 9001 standards
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
