- Collaborate with R&D team to prototype and test innovative mechanical systems
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and FAA aerospace regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX CAD platforms
- Strong background in materials science and composite manufacturing
- Certification in AS9100 quality management systems
- Proven track record of reducing weight while enhancing structural performance
