Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex PCB assemblies for high-reliability industrial applications
- Lead hardware integration and testing for renewable energy management systems
- Develop firmware interfaces for embedded microcontrollers using C/C++
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) compliance testing and mitigation
- Optimize power distribution networks for efficiency and thermal management
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical design reviews
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen sensor networks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards (e.g., 802.3af, UL 60950-1)
- Experience with FPGA/SoC development and VHDL/Verilog
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP
- Demonstrated success in bringing products from prototype to production
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex electrical systems
