Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept to production
- Design and optimize mechanical systems using CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Perform FEA/CFD simulations to validate structural integrity and thermal performance
- Develop technical documentation and manufacturing specifications
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and test innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical product design
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC, injection molding)
- Proven project management skills with PMP certification a plus
- Experience with GD&T and ASME standards
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
