Responsibilities
- Lead design and optimization of complex mechanical systems using CAD/CAE tools
- Develop prototypes and validate performance through rigorous testing protocols

- Analyze thermal/fluid dynamics and structural integrity for high-performance components
- Implement Industry 4.0 principles in manufacturing automation
- Mentor junior engineers and document technical specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in product design and manufacturing
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, ANSYS, and simulation software
- Strong knowledge of materials science and FEA methodologies
- Experience with GD&T and tolerance stack analysis
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP highly valued
