Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to production
- Perform FEA/CFD simulations for structural and thermal analysis
- Design and optimize complex mechanical systems using CAD software
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure DFM principles
- Develop test protocols and validate product performance
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Research emerging technologies and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years in mechanical design and analysis
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and tolerance analysis
- Experience with additive manufacturing processes
- Proven project management skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Automotive or aerospace industry experience
