Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of complex mechanical systems using CAD/CAM tools
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and stress testing for product validation
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and iterate on new manufacturing technologies
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within budget constraints
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Ensure compliance with ISO and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation software
- Strong knowledge of materials science and thermodynamics
- Proven track record of leading product development from concept to launch
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required
