- Validate designs through rigorous testing and failure analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years in mechanical design with CAD/CAM proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Expertise in FEA/CFD simulation (ANSYS, Abaqus)
- Strong background in materials science and manufacturing processes
- PMP or Six Sigma certification highly desirable
- Proven project leadership in aerospace or energy sectors
