Responsibilities
- Design and optimize mechanical components using CAD/CAM tools
- Lead FEA/CFD simulations for performance validation
- Develop prototypes and oversee testing procedures
- Collaborate with R&D on material innovation
- Prepare technical documentation and compliance reports
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years in mechanical design/manufacturing
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and tolerance analysis
- Experience with additive manufacturing processes
- PMP certification or equivalent project management
- Proven leadership in cross-functional teams
