Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design and validation of automotive components using CAD/CAE tools
- Develop thermal management systems for electric vehicle powertrains
- Conduct FEA simulations and optimize product performance under real-world conditions
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design methodologies
- Interface with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure cost-effective production
- Generate detailed technical documentation and compliance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS/AutoForm simulation tools
- Deep knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and materials
- Proven track record in thermal and structural analysis of complex systems
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Experience with ISO 26262 functional safety standards
