Responsibilities

  • Lead the full product development lifecycle, from conceptual design to manufacturing and testing, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Perform advanced mechanical design, analysis (FEA, CFD), and simulation to validate product performance and reliability.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development, preferably in high-tech or advanced manufacturing.
  • Proven expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, PTC Creo, AutoCAD) and proficiency in FEA/CFD simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, machining, additive manufacturing), and GD&T.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage timelines, and deliver innovative solutions under pressure.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach.
