Responsibilities
- Lead design and prototyping of complex mechanical systems using SolidWorks and ANSYS
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations
- Oversee product testing validation and failure analysis in ISO-certified labs
- Develop manufacturing processes and optimize supply chain components
- Mentor junior engineers and cross-functional project teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing product lines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in precision mechanical design and analysis
- Expertise in CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks, ANSYS, AutoCAD)
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics and material science principles
- Proven track record in managing product development lifecycles
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain
- Experience with additive manufacturing and hybrid assembly processes
