- Collaborate with R&D team on material selection and process optimization
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within budget constraints
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in product design and development
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools and simulation software
- Strong understanding of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and industry standards
- Experience with energy systems or sustainable technology projects
- Proven track record in leading technical projects from concept to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
