Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design lifecycle from concept to prototyping
- Develop and validate FEA/CFD simulations for complex assemblies
- Mentor junior engineers while maintaining technical documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multi-disciplinary projects
- Optimize manufacturing processes for cost efficiency and quality
- Research and implement advanced materials and sustainable technologies
- Present technical solutions to C-suite stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical product development
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS Suite
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes
- Proven track record of delivering complex mechanical systems
- PMP or PE certification (highly desirable)
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions
