Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design for electric vehicle powertrain components
- Conduct FEA/CFD simulations for structural and thermal optimization
- Develop detailed CAD models and manufacturing documentation
- Collaborate with R&D on prototyping and validation testing
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years in mechanical design with automotive/energy sector experience
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and DFMEA methodologies
- Proven track record in product lifecycle management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
