Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design projects using SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation tools
- Develop and optimize thermal management systems for high-performance aerospace components
- Conduct failure mode analysis and root cause investigations for critical assemblies
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Interface with clients to translate requirements into engineering specifications
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience
- Expert proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of FEA/CFD analysis and material science principles
- Proven track record in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification a plus
