Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design projects using CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for cost efficiency and scalability
- Conduct FEA/CFD simulations to validate product performance under real-world conditions
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality components
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in industrial product design
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and tolerance analysis
- Proven track record in bringing products from concept to production
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
