Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical product design using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and thermal simulations for system optimization
- Develop detailed manufacturing drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with electrical and software teams on integrated system designs
- Prototype testing and validation of mechanical components
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical product development
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and simulation tools
- Strong background in materials science and manufacturing processes
- Experience with GD&T and tolerance analysis
- Proven project management skills with PMP certification a plus
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems or HVAC a distinct advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
