Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of complex mechanical systems using CAD/CAM tools
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and simulations for performance optimization
- Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical components

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation software
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, material science, and manufacturing processes
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional engineering projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license highly desirable
- Experience with automotive or aerospace systems a plus
