Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from conceptualization to production
- Develop and optimize CAD models using SolidWorks and CATIA
- Conduct FEA/CFD simulations for structural and thermal analysis
- Prototype testing and validation in state-of-the-art labs
- Mentor junior engineers and drive design excellence
- Interface with suppliers to ensure manufacturing feasibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in product development for automotive/aerospace
- Expert proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks, ANSYS)
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes
- Proven project leadership with PMP certification
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
