Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and industry safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or high-performance manufacturing
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation tools
- Strong understanding of materials science and thermodynamics
- Proven track record in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles
- ASME certification or equivalent professional credentials
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
