Responsibilities
- Design and optimize mechanical components using CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)
- Lead cross-functional teams through product development lifecycle
- Perform FEA/CFD analysis for structural and thermal validation
- Develop prototypes and conduct rigorous testing procedures
- Document technical specifications and manufacturing processes
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical product development
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes
- Proven track record in automotive or industrial systems
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
