Responsibilities
- Lead R&D of advanced thermal management systems using CFD simulation and prototype testing
- Design and optimize HVAC components for energy efficiency and sustainability compliance
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with electrical and software teams for integrated system solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for design validation
- Prepare patent documentation and technical presentations for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in HVAC or thermal systems design
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, ANSYS, and HVAC simulation tools
- PE certification or demonstrated progress toward licensure
- Experience with DOE and DFM methodologies
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards and energy regulations
