Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design and prototyping for automotive components
- Analyze and optimize product performance using FEA and CFD simulations
- Develop detailed technical documentation and manufacturing specifications
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry safety standards
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new technologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and development
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD)
- Strong analytical skills with FEA/CFD experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (injection molding, CNC)
- Automotive or heavy machinery industry background
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
