Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design lifecycle from concept to production
- Develop and validate CAD models using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Perform FEA/thermal analysis to ensure product reliability and performance
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and test mechanical assemblies
- Optimize manufacturing processes for cost efficiency and scalability
- Mentor junior engineers and document technical specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical product design
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of FEA/thermal analysis tools (ANSYS, Abaqus)
- Experience with DFM/DFA and manufacturing processes
- Proven track record of delivering complex mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
