Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and analysis of complex mechanical systems and components from initial concept through production.
  • Conduct advanced engineering calculations, simulations (FEA, CFD), and material selections to optimize performance, reliability, and cost.
  • Manage full lifecycle projects, including defining scope, setting timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to integrate mechanical designs seamlessly.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, analyze results, and implement design modifications based on empirical data.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering and product development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
