Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to prototyping
- Optimize mechanical designs using FEA and CFD simulations
- Collaborate with R&D teams on material selection and manufacturing processes
- Conduct root cause analysis for product failures
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in product design and development
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS
- Strong understanding of GD&T and tolerance analysis
- Experience with automotive or heavy machinery systems
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven project management skills using Agile methodologies
