Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design lifecycle from concept to production for thermal systems
- Perform FEA/CFD analysis using ANSYS and validate designs through prototyping
- Develop manufacturing processes and optimize supply chain for cost efficiency
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate cutting-edge materials and technologies
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS simulation tools
- Proven track record in thermal management system design
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (injection molding, sheet metal)
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Experience with DFMEA and DFM methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
