Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical design of complex aerospace components using SolidWorks and Creo.
- Conduct rigorous finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to validate product performance.
- Oversee the prototyping and testing phases, ensuring all safety and regulatory standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers and project managers to drive product timelines.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including BOMs and design reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design within the aerospace or automotive industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA).
- Strong understanding of GD&T and ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
