Job Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end mechanical engineering process, from conceptualization and prototyping to final production. You will mentor junior engineers and ensure all designs meet stringent quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Design: Spearhead the mechanical design and development of complex industrial systems and consumer products.
  • CAD Modeling: Utilize advanced 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor) to create detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Prototyping & Testing: Collaborate with the fabrication team to produce physical prototypes and conduct rigorous stress, fatigue, and usability testing.
  • Technical Analysis: Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to validate design integrity under various operating conditions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications
