As part of our high-performance engineering team, you will bridge the gap between complex conceptual design and high-volume manufacturing, ensuring our products remain the industry gold standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex mechanical assemblies from concept through production.
- Perform advanced stress, thermal, and kinematic analysis to ensure component reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical and software systems into mechanical frameworks.
- Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
- Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews to optimize production costs.
- Manage technical documentation and compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in engineering design and methodology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in robotics or automation.
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
- Strong background in GD&T and manufacturing processes (CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal).
- Experience with FEA simulation software (Ansys or Abaqus).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical system failures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in a collaborative team environment.
