You will work in a state-of-the-art facility, collaborating with a cross-functional team of software, electrical, and control engineers to deliver world-class solutions for the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate complex mechanical assemblies using SolidWorks and FEA analysis.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from conceptual prototyping to mass production deployment.
- Perform structural and thermal simulations to ensure reliability under extreme operational stress.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly).
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous design reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Source materials and components, ensuring all specifications meet global safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in mechanical design, specifically in robotics or automated machinery.
- Expert-level proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and PDM systems.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, material science, and mechanical tolerances.
- Experience with kinematic analysis and high-precision motor integration.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to successful field implementation.
