Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from conceptual design through prototyping and validation
- Develop detailed CAD models and technical documentation using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and thermal simulations to optimize product performance
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure cost-effective production processes
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews for quality assurance
- Research emerging materials and technologies for sustainable product innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS simulation tools
- Proven track record in designing complex mechanical systems for consumer products
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and material science
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP highly desirable
- Experience with rapid prototyping and 3D printing technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
