Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical design and development of complex electromechanical systems.
- Create detailed 3D CAD models and technical drawings using SolidWorks/CATIA.
- Perform comprehensive FEA and thermal analysis to ensure structural integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronics and software.
- Manage rapid prototyping, testing cycles, and design validation processes.
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, assembly, and cost-efficiency.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineering staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional mechanical design experience in robotics or aerospace.
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks or high-end CAD software.
- Deep understanding of GD&T, material science, and kinematics.
- Proven track record of delivering products from concept to market.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure project environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
